THE FIRST C-LEVEL MENTORSHIP ACADEMY IN PORTUGAL SUPPORTING FUTURE FEMALE LEADERS
Today’s leaders have a say over who will lead tomorrow and how diverse that leadership will be. C-level leaders who want to play an active role in developing and promoting more women into leadership positions can join the C-Level Mentorship Board of Mentors and support a young professional woman on her mentorship journey for one year.
Likewise, young professional women, with 3 to 10 years of experience, who aspire to become future leaders can apply to receive mentorship from a C-level executive.

1 year, 4.5 hours
A commitment of 4.5 hours throughout one year dedicated to mentorship sessions.

Follow-up
Preparation sessions and regular check-ins to support progress and ensure meaningful outcomes.

Impact
Assessment of the program’s impact on each mentee’s leadership development.
