THE FIRST C-LEVEL MENTORSHIP ACADEMY IN PORTUGAL SUPPORTING FUTURE FEMALE LEADERS
Today’s leaders have a say over who will lead tomorrow and how diverse that leadership will be. The C-Level Mentorship Academy exists with the purpose of fostering more inclusive and equitable leadership by supporting young women in exploring their careers and leadership ambitions through mentorship with C-level executives. In its fourth edition, the program has already supported over 300 mentees and engaged with more than 150 mentors.
C-LEVEL MENTORSHIP ACADEMY


The Academy is centered around mentorship sessions with C-level leaders. The program requires a commitment of 4.5 hours over the course of 12 months. The cadence and duration of each session are defined collaboratively between the mentee and the mentor.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM


Our program was designed specifically for young women with 3 to 10 years of professional experience who are seeking clarity, confidence, and fresh perspectives to accelerate their growth across any area.
On the other hand, C-level leaders who want to play an active role in developing and promoting more women into leadership positions can join the C-Level Mentorship Board of Mentors
WHO CAN JOIN
Connection is at the heart of our program. All mentees gain access to a dedicated WhatsApp community that fosters networking, facilitates peer support, and provides opportunities to join exclusive events and training sessions when available.
